How frequently do you hear somebody say, I can not wait to relax in the hotel? Dialogue about forthcoming vacations just about always centres on the stuff we wish to do, the flights to New York doesn’t figure, it is what we will be doing in New York that is news. All that changes once you have stayed in a boutique hotel. These hostels have been lovingly made by their owners to offer you an experience, not only a place to sleep for the night.

The assumption that your vacation or business accommodation should be well designed and supply great service is one which has ended in hundreds of boutique hostels opening up around the globe, to cater for the inflating number of visitors who need to stay somewhere special. In the weeks before we leave home, we get increasingly excited and actually anticipate taking five from our humdrum lives and having novel experiences. This anticipation can regularly be flattened when we reach the hotel, which turns out to be impersonal and unexciting. Contrast this with friendly boutique hostels which are built to be hospitable, so you are looked after from the moment you arrive. Designed all the stuff you wanted to put in your house but haven’t had time to do.

It may be polished wooden floors or impressive design, Egyptian cotton bedding or funky armchairs. It’s this design and detail that makes boutique hostels different from all the other visitor accommodation. Some huge hostels have pools and spas, but they are impersonal.

The facilities at tiny, individual hostels are engineered to cause you to feel at home while indulging in treatments or using concierge services. You right away feel more relaxed and you are able to enjoy your vacation as an all-round experience. Book again for next year, so you can tell everybody how much you are anticipating staying in the hotel.
